At Radical Rhythms Experience we know that where your attention goes, energy flows. We know that, change outside will not happen and will not sustain without first changing inside. We know that energy is not some woo-woo bs, it is the source of people power.
Thus, we must redeem our control of it! Using music and, of course, humor, Amanda Seales is combining the ancient practice of Qi-gong and the necessary practice of conversation for her latest live space. We begin first by getting our energy in rhthym through slow, flowing movements and rhythmic breathing before leaning into conversations exploring ways to realign our minds around authenticity, imagination, community, creativity and more.
